End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or purchasing any Digital Products (3D Assets, Plugins, Textures, Decals) from Vampawn Entertainment (the ‘Seller’). By using or purchasing a Digital Product from the Seller, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License The Digital Products are the property of the Seller and are copyrighted by law. Vampawn Entertainment DOES NOT grant ownership of the Digital Products to the Buyer. Vampawn Entertainment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the Digital Products for personal, educational, or commercial purposes subject to the specific License Type you have purchased.
2. License Types & Usage Rights Make sure you choose the correct license type for your needs based on your annual revenue.
- Personal License This license is for individual creators or small teams with annual revenue or funding under $100,000 USD in the last 12 months. Ideal for hobbyists, freelancers, or small-scale developers working on personal or non-commercial projects. This affordable option ensures access to high-quality assets without stretching your budget.
- Restriction: If your revenue or funding exceeds $100,000 USD, you must upgrade to the Professional License.
- Professional License This license is tailored for studios, companies, or entities generating over $100,000 USD in annual revenue or funding in the past 12 months. It grants full commercial rights for large-scale projects in gaming, film, or advertising. Designed for professional environments, this license includes permitted use for the purchasing entity and its employees.
3. Restrictions (What you cannot do) Regardless of the license type purchased, you are NOT permitted to:
- Sell, lend, lease, rent, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Digital Products in their original or modified form as standalone 3D models, scripts, or texture packs.
- Distribute the Digital Products in a way that allows third parties to extract the original files.
- Use the Digital Products to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning models.
4. Refunds We do not issue refunds for digital products once the files have been downloaded, unless the product does not match the technical specifications described on the product page. If you purchased the wrong license by mistake, please contact us for an exchange or upgrade.
5. Warranty & Liability The Digital Products are provided “as is”. Vampawn Entertainment makes no warranties, defined or implied, regarding the fitness of the product for a particular purpose. Minor bugs or missing files will be addressed by us upon receiving a detailed description from the Buyer.
6. Intellectual Property Rights Vampawn Entertainment retains all intellectual property rights in the Digital Products. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright or ownership. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of international copyright laws.
7. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Türkiye, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action may be instituted.
